Referrals Are Your Friend

A good real estate agent refers partners who share the same values in terms of client experience, so in my case that means they:

  • ANSWER the phone

  • Respond to text messages

  • Put the client first but have their own life boundaries also

  • Solve problems you don’t even know exist

  • Manage to avoid nightmare scenarios

  • Admit their mistakes

  • treat people how they would like to be treated themselves

Referrals to other professionals is not because they are personal contacts, or any financial benefit comes from the connection. It is because I want the best outcome! Selling or buying real estate takes a village and I am happy to have a good one.
