Valentine's Day is my favorite day to list a house. It's hard not to love something or someone and feel good on Valentine's Day, so it's a great day if you can list. However, my second favorite day is tax day, April 15th. Why? Well, you've done all your financials for the year and so it's a feel-good day too. For all those people who want to be settled for when the school year is out, and know where they're going to be when fall comes along, it also just works really, really well!

Don’t forget about the holidays!

The holidays are definitely a unique time of year. People go all out decorating their homes, making them look extra festive. You might think that listing a house during this time would be difficult because people are busy with holiday preparations. But the reality is, there's never a bad day to list a house because it's personal to you and your circumstances. So, if you're ready with an advisor by your side, the holidays can actually be a great time to list your home.
