Are You on Pause?

Good news that the FED did pause their rate increases this month in June, and all three major stock indices rose last week. With all this information going on, the other thing that factors in here is the fact that the available supply of homes for sale in the US is about half it was at this time in 2019. That there is our inventory problem!

So, we don't know what's going to happen with the mortgage rates over the next few weeks, and there are buyers & sellers who are on pause right now until the fall, and then there are those that are staying active.

You have to think about your WHY! Your why about whether you're in one category or the other, and if you need to talk about that in more detail I'm more than happy to discuss with you.
